MDE Expedited Review
We have extensive knowledge of Maryland Stormwater Management (SWM) and Erosion Sediment Control (ESC) regulations. Our staff has expertise in MD Code 378 embankment and Small Pond approvals; and have been successfully involved in reviewing and approving hundreds of projects in Maryland, including large and small projects in Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, and Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) delivery formats. We can reduce the timeline for SWM and ESC approvals by providing expedited consultant reviewer services and guide you through the intricacies of the local Stormwater Management (SWM) regulations and guidelines. We have MDE approved reviewers on staff and provide our review services for MD Code 378 embankments and Small Ponds approval to include Dam Breach Analysis review and Embankment Category Flow Chart reviews.

Kaur Engineering provides Hydrologic and Hydraulic design services for roadway Drainage System design, Culvert Crossings, and Bridge Crossings. We specialize and provide expertise in H&H software such as TR-55, TR-20, HEC-RAS, HY-8, Hydraulic Toolbox, Flow Master, Culvert Master, GIS Hydro, HydroCAD, etc. Our staff has developed need specific software training for clients and can help you develop a H&H Training program that is tailored towards your organization needs.
